Dr. Niman graduated from the University of Toronto faculty of Dentistry in 1981. After graduation, he was accepted into the Dental Internship program at Mount Sinai Hospital in Toronto and received a full year of advanced dental training in a hospital environment, working with First Nations’ patients in Northern Ontario and working at the prestigious Baycrest Home for the Aged.
Dr. Niman has a passion for cosmetic and implant dentistry, and takes great pride in the numerous beautiful smiles he has created. He is a member of numerous study clubs and professional organizations; including the Toronto Crown and Bridge Study Club, The Ontario Dental Association and the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario.
In 1983, Dr. Niman entered private practice with Dr. Michael Weinberg. In 1988 Dr. Niman and Dr. Weinberg moved into Toronto’s Medical Arts Building. In May 2009, the practice relocated to its current home at 65 St. Clair Ave. E. Dr. Niman carefully oversaw the construction of this ultramodern facility to ensure it offers the best that dentistry can provide.
Dr. Niman is married with three sons and one grandchild. When he is out of the office, he can be found with his beloved dog, Cleo, whose portraits are seen throughout the office!
