St. Clair Dental Fee Schedule

St. Clair Dental fee schedule follows the ODA fee guide which is updated annually for the province of Ontario.  The fee guide has a range of fees for service. This is helpful for patients to avoid shopping around town for a reduced fee and can concentrate on finding the right team and office that is best suited for their needs.

• Oral examinations, x- rays, fluoride treatments, sealants, night guards, crowns and bridge fees are based on the specific type of service and may include laboratory fees.
• Restorations/ fillings are based on the size or number of surfaces that are involved.
• Scaling/cleanings and polishing are based on increments of time spent providing these services. 
• Surgical procedures are based on the complexity and materials used, when necessary for that particular treatment

It is clear that many variables affect the fee for an individual service. St. Clair Dental acknowledges that dentistry can be involved and costly. This is why we ensure detailed and accurate estimates are provided to you. If dental insurance is a benefit you have, we will send estimates to your provider on your behalf to receive prior approval. This is called a Predetermination. 

We will respect your individual needs to ensure you are able to complete dental work in a manner that works within your finances.

Emergencies will be seen same day and St. Clair Dental will concentrate on the immediate issue. When the emergency has been dealt with, another visit can be scheduled for a full evaluation and follow-up. We are here for you!

Dental Insurance

St. Clair Dental will be happy to electronically file your dental insurance claim for you, to ensure your insurance receives all the information they require. We will send estimates and will aid in any additional information needed to help you get the most of your benefits.

No Dental Insurance

St. Clair Dental will provide estimates and discuss treatment options, timelines and prioritize treatment to enable you to proceed with your necessary procedures. Discussions with our team will aid in an individualized long-term plan for your health.
